Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist

Prime Health Care Staffing is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Greenwood, Indiana.

This role includes managing treatment plans for patients with diverse diagnoses in an outpatient setting. The therapist will work 8–10 hour shifts, 4–5 days a week, over a 13‑week contract beginning 3/9/2026. The position requires a current state license, BLS (AHA preferred), and a recent year of outpatient experience.
