Ellie Mental Health is an exciting new mental health practice offering individual, couples, family, and group therapy via a hybrid of in person and telehealth. • Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans.
• Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.
• A minimum of 25 client sessions per week, to a diverse population of clients (with the ability to see more clients if desired)!
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Care coordination for assigned clients to ensure continuity of care.
• Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.
• Community involvement and engagement.
• A sense of humor and desire to have fun in the workplace will certainly help as well!

• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
• Candidates should have 1 year of experience and a clinical licensure in the state of Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
• Experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of community resources and insurance billing
• General knowledge of Apple products, EHR, Telehealth, and other software platforms
• Ability to pass a background check.
