IT Equipment Coordinator, Ops Tech Solutions (OTS)

This role operates within our Fulfillment Center to manage IT equipment inventory, ordering, delivery, and asset audits. The IT Equipment Coordinator supports the IT team, maintains equipment RMA and repair processes, and assists Senior and Junior Technicians with daily projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain IT inventory and coordinate ordering, delivery, and audits of assets.
  • Manage the return‑to‑manufacturer (RMA) and repair process for all devices under warranty.
  • Provide equipment housekeeping and support for the IT team at the fulfillment center.
  • Assist technicians with daily projects and projects directed by the IT manager.
  • Track and report asset status, inventory levels, and reconcile physical counts.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts.
  • Experience managing inventory in a warehousing, retail, or distribution setting.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Can bend and lift equipment up to 49 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Capacity to stand or walk for 10‑12 hours at a time.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in procurement, inventory, and asset management of IT equipment and IT lifecycle.
  • Experience managing inventory in a retail or distribution setting.
  • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with software/hardware troubleshooting and device connectivity.
  • Experience maintaining Zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, or portable handheld terminals.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
