Logistics Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the supply chain and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour*
* ** Shift:
** 8AM to 4:30PM with a half-hour lunch break - This is a hybrid position and fill in for medical leave

** What's the Job?*
* + Manage and optimize a high-volume email ticketing system, ensuring efficient and accurate customer support.

+ Coordinate supply chain operations through clear communication with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors.

+ Plan and track final shipments, meeting cost and timeline expectations.

+ Assist multiple shipping facilities for day-to-day logistics and key shipping functions.

+ Partner with Credits, Customer Success, and Accounts Payable to resolve freight-related issues.

** What's Needed?*
* + 3 to 5 years of proven experience in logistics coordination or a related field.

+ Preferred experience with Hazmat freight logistics.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and logistics platforms (e.g., JDE, Zendesk, Carrier Portals).

+ Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory planning and warehouse management.

+ Strong collaboration skills and the ability to drive operational excellence.
