Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager, located in Mooresville, IN. The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, manage office equipment, ensure smooth communication between team members, and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and vendors
  • Experience in office administration and administrative assistance
  • Knowledge in accounting software (Sage 300 and Quick Books)
  • Assisting with payroll and AP as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy while reconciling general ledger and other financial reports
  • Manage monthly billings
  • Perform monthly closeouts and other financial tasks as need in Sage 300 and Quick Books
  • Proficiency in using and maintaining office equipment
  • Customer service experience with a focus on building positive relationships
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a small business environment
  • Proficiency with office software and tools
Key Requirements
  • Knowledge of Sage 300 and Quick Books
  • 3 years or more of customer service
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience
  • Familiar of Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Detail oriented
  • Can multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
