Pay with no experience: $17.50/hr
Pay with roof or floor truss assembly experience is negotiable.
Responsibilities- Assemble roof and floor trusses using jigs, nail guns, and other tools
- Read and accurately build from engineered blueprints
- Focus on quality, accuracy, and safety
- Collaborate with a driven team to meet production goals
- Truss, framing, or construction experience required
- Proficient with tape measures and power tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

Lo que haras:
- Ensamblar cerchas para techos y pisos con plantillas, pistolas de clavos y herramientas
- Leer y construir segun planos tecnicos con precision
- Mantener altos estandares de calidad, seguridad y exactitud
- Alcanzar metas de produccion como parte de un equipo comprometido
Lo que necesitas:
- Experiencia en cerchas, estructuras de madera o construccion (obligatorio)
- Saber usar cinta metrica y herramientas electric as
- Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras y estar de pie por periodos largos
- Puntualidad, atencion al detalle y trabajo en equipo

ResponsibilitiesInserting or positioning materials, clamping, splicing, fitting parts by hand and with power tools, and verifying dimensions of cut material by following supervisor s instructions, blueprint specifications, and the cut sheet layout.
Using a hammer to place metal reinforcement plates over connecting joints.
Quality control of assembled items, proposing process improvements when applicable to increase efficiency.
Following prioritized production list assigned by Assembler Lead and using assigned press stations to place and press plates on appropriate lumber.
Fulfilling daily machine and area cleanup procedures.
QualificationsAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one
Ability to read and understand simple diagrams, blueprints, and a tape measure
Ability to work 10-12 hours shifts and lift up to 80 pounds
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
