Endress+Hauser Flow USA is seeking a TPM/Lean Leader to drive Total Productive Maintenance across our Greenwood manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations & Engineering, you will deploy TPM, improve equipment reliability, and lead continuous improvement with Lean tools.
You will coach operators and leaders, develop TPM metrics, and use data analytics in Excel/Power BI to deliver measurable gains in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
