Role DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled, compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team. This full-time, on-site role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with chronic conditions and substance use disorders.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for chronic pain and addiction patients
- Develop, implement, and adjust evidence-based treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and ensure safe, compliant, and evidence-based prescribing practices
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff in a team-based environment
- Provide patient and family education
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory compliance standards
- Active NP license (FNP preferred) and Indiana licensure
- Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or related specialty)
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- New graduates with strong clinical training and sound clinical judgment are encouraged to apply
- Experience in pain management or substance use disorder care is welcome, though we are open to training motivated candidates
- Excellent clinical judgment and strong communication skills
- DEA license required
- Comfort practicing in a highly regulated prescribing environment with a strong commitment to ethical, compliant care
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Competitive salary ($110,000–$135,000, based on experience and qualifications)
