Responsibilities:
Registered nurses play a pivotal role in enriching the lives of residents by providing top-notch medical attention and fostering a nurturing environment through their experience and advanced nursing skills.
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with a passionate team to create and implement personalized care plans
- Utilize clinical knowledge to monitor and assess residents' health, including highly acute needs
- Foster a supportive atmosphere, promoting residents' independence and dignity
- Serve as a resource for staff, offering guidance and training to maintain high care standards
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted RN or LPN license
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, empathy, and a positive attitude
