Responsibilities:

Registered nurses play a pivotal role in enriching the lives of residents by providing top-notch medical attention and fostering a nurturing environment through their experience and advanced nursing skills.

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
• Collaborate with a passionate team to create and implement personalized care plans
• Utilize clinical knowledge to monitor and assess residents' health, including highly acute needs
• Foster a supportive atmosphere, promoting residents' independence and dignity
• Serve as a resource for staff, offering guidance and training to maintain high care standards

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted RN or LPN license
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion, empathy, and a positive attitude
