This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 18:30 - 07:00

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Rehabilitation to join our team. Our facility provides state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation programs aimed at maximizing the health and quality of life for individuals recovering from serious injuries and illnesses.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with a focus on rehabilitation.
• Assess and monitor patients' progress through recovery journeys.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor rehabilitation programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and health maintenance.

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in Med Surg preferred.
• Rehab or Long-term Care experience is highly desirable.
