Shift Details: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Four 10 hour weekday shiftsfrom 6:00 am - 4:30 pm. No weekends and we are closed on the six major holidays each year! Full benefits included!

- Ortho Indy Hospital South, located in Greenwood,Indiana, provides outpatient care and inpatient care, with four operating rooms and a 15-bed inpatient unit for patients undergoing more invasiveprocedures, such as disc replacement, spinal fusion or total hip and knee joint replacement. Other services include an urgent care, clinics,imaging and physical therapy.
The Nursing Technician PPOP PACU works under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN), preforming a variety of tasks delegated by the RN in order to care for patients. The Nursing Technician completes assigned tasks and reports information about patients to the RN. The Nursing Technician assists with obtaining vitals, and other taught skills as trained by Ortho Indy.
Essential Duties:
- High School Diploma or GED required; specialty training beyond high school preferred
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required, OR nursing student with one semester of completed clinical rotations required, OR a minimum of 1-2 years direct patient care experience within a hospital setting and willingness to earn CNA within six months of hire date
- BLS certification required
