What

You Can Expect
  • Practice

    Hours:

    Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
  • On Call Rotation
  • Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
  • Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
  • Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
  • Prepare patients for and assist with examinations or treatments.
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree
    - Nursing/Patient Care - Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
    - Nursing/Patient Care
    - Preferred
  • Registered Nurse (RN)- State Licensing Board
    - Required
  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
    - Required
  • 1 Year
    - Nursing/patient care with frail/elderly in an in-patient nursing or home health setting Experience
    - Required
  • 2 Years
    - Nursing Experience
    - Preferred

Travel Is Required: Up to 50%
