Position Summary
LPN's at the Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) are primarily responsible for dispensing medication to patients in this outpatient clinic. The OTP provides medication‑assisted treatment for individuals diagnosed with Opioid Use Disorder. Nursing staff work as part of an interdisciplinary team including physicians and credentialed therapists.

Dispensing medication to patients in an outpatient opioid treatment program; working as part of an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and credentialed therapists; assessing patient needs and ensuring medication administration protocols are followed; collaborating in developing individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments; maintaining accurate medication records and documentation; ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for medication‑assisted treatment; communicating with patients to educate and support adherence to treatment plans.
QualificationsLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with valid licensure; experience in medication‑assisted treatment or opioid use disorder care preferred; strong knowledge of medication safety and administration; ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team; excellent communication skills and empathy; commitment to evidence‑based practice; ability to work flexible PRN schedule.
