Support patients recovering from illness or injury in a collaborative rehabilitation hospital setting. Provide direct nursing care, monitor patient progress, administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes. Required qualifications include an active Indiana LPN or LVN license, completion of an accredited practical nursing program, and recent experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
