Responsibilities
This part-time opportunity offers 24 hours per week with a 5 day/week schedule providing care on our OTP outpatient program. There is an opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested.
Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) LPNs are primarily responsible for dispensing medication to patients in this outpatient clinic.
The OTP provides medication-assisted treatment for individuals diagnosed with Opioid Use Disorder.
Nursing staff work as part of an interdisciplinary team including physicians and credentialed therapists.

The Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program uses evidence-based approaches to teach effective coping skills that will help patients lead a drug-free lifestyle and minimize the chances of relapse.
Admission to the outpatient drug and alcohol addiction treatment program is based on presenting symptoms, willingness to follow program requirements andan apparent need for treatment. After an assessment, all patients receive an individualized treatment plan that meets their specific needs. Your treatment should match your needs, and we assess and decide the best treatment for you.

Education/Licensure:
Current Indiana license as anLPN/LVN required. Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing,required.
