The Lead Cook is responsible for the preparation of all food items as per standardized recipes;
Ensures that all items on the cooks line are stocked at all times and maintains the cleanliness of all line equipment;
The Lead Cook is responsible for effectively communicating with the Executive Chef/Sous Chef on any service, product, or staff issues/concerns;
Completes or verifies daily line checks and temperature logs;
Enforces FIFO, labeling, dating, and rotation standards
