HP PC Sales Representative

230 – Greenwood, IN46142. Pay: $19.00 per hour (based on location and experience).

Schedule:

Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (up to 14hours per week).

As a Premium PC Sales Specialist, you will engage with customers in a sophisticated manner, showcasing the latest features of premium HP PCs and leveraging AI technology to enhance the customer experience. You will build relationships with store associates, communicate product value, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the growth of the premium market segment.

• Demonstrate premium HP PC products and accessories in a big‑box retail store.
• Engage customers, build rapport, and create a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with retail partners within the assigned store(s).
• Train store associates on HP products, accessories, and services with a focus on PC innovation.
• Keep merchandising clean, functional, and demo‑ready.
• Report and provide competitive insights.

• Sell HP products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and colleagues.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Welcome customers, offer assistance, and guide them to displays.
• Assess customer needs and suggest suitable products.
• Provide information on products and services.
• Build customer confidence to facilitate selections.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, functional, and presentable.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of job experience.
• Out‑going personality, eager to learn, and comfortable engaging with customers.
• Hands‑on demonstration skills and ability to overcome objections.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or product demonstration (a plus).
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and integrity.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
