Maintain area of responsibility per policy by handling returns, zoning, arranging merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages;
Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing receipts, acknowledging members, and assisting with purchases and locating merchandise;
Operate self-checkout area, resolve member issues, promote products and services, and assist with payments, refunds, and exchanges;
Assist with safeguarding store assets by observing security procedures and maintaining documentation;
Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes, new technology, and program rollouts.
