• Welcome every customer and provide a warm, personalized experience
• Listen to customers’ needs and help them find the perfect jewelry or gift
• Build relationships and create memorable experiences
• Learn about our jewelry, services, and financing options
• Work toward individual and store sales goals
• Maintain an inviting, organized, and beautifully presented store
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations
• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive team environment

• A positive, outgoing personality and genuine desire to help others
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and key holiday dates
• Someone who enjoys connecting with people and celebrating their special moments
