** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.

+ Monitor entry points, badge access activity, and visitor movement to help to support authorized access and follow site protocols for deliveries, escorts, and/or after-hours activity.

+ Report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations observed during patrols, and assist with directions, de-escalation, and other customer service needs across the location.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + CPR certification is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience are preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
