Security Officer - Weekend Shift

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a utilities location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access, and support site access control procedures in accordance with location protocols;
Communicate with site personnel and first responders as needed during weather events, equipment-related issues, and/or other incidents that may affect normal operations
