The HVAC Warranty Technician will complete warranty calls and repairs for the HVAC Install Department while establishing a positive relationship with the customer.

• Complete warranty calls and repairs for the HVAC Install Department
• Establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that "You’re my go‑to company" relationship.
• Always maintain a clean, organized job site and truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and one‑on‑ones, and company events.
• Coordinate with HVAC Service and HVAC Install Departments.
• In slow season, run No Heat/No Cool service calls.

• Knowledge of Local HVAC Codes
• Ability to make on‑the‑job decisions
• 5+ years Residential HVAC Experience (Preferred)
• EPA Certification
• High School Diploma/GED
