As a Crew Leader, you'll be responsible for leading painting projects from start to finish while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, efficiency, and excellent customer communication.
- Leading and motivating a crew on residential and commercial painting projects
- Performing professional painting, prep work, spraying, rolling, brushing, and finishing
- Reviewing project scope with customers at project start
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Communicating daily progress updates with customers and management
- Managing materials, equipment, and project productivity
- Training and developing painters on your crew
- Completing project documentation, daily reports, and time tracking
- Managing materials and coordinating deliveries as needed
- Conducting final walkthroughs and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collecting final payment and project closeout paperwork when required
The ideal candidate is:
- Experienced in residential and/or commercial repainting
- Skilled in spraying, brushing, rolling, prep work, and finishing
- Dependable, trustworthy, and accountable
- Positive and solution-oriented
- Comfortable leading and developing others
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional when communicating with customers
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality workmanship
- Able to work independently while supporting the team
- 3+ years of professional painting experience preferred
- Prior crew leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of paint products, coatings, and application techniques
- Experience operating paint sprayers, pressure washers, and power tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a background check
$24-$32 per hour + Performance Bonuses
