The HVAC Warranty Technician will complete warranty calls and repairs for the HVAC Install Department while establishing a positive relationship with the customer.

• Complete warranty calls and repairs for the HVAC Install department
• Establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that "You're my go-to company" relationship.
• Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and one-on-ones, and company events
• Coordinate with HVAC Service and HVAC Install departments
• In slow season, run No Heat/No Cool service calls

• Knowledge of Local HVAC Codes
• Ability to Make on the Job Decisions
• 5+ year's Residential HVAC Experience Preferred
• EPA Certification
• High School Diploma/GED
