Our HVAC and Plumbing teams install new equipment every day. Sometimes that means drywall needs patched, trim needs repaired, or a room needs a little finishing work. That's where you come in.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and leaving customers saying, “Wow...you can't even tell they were here.”

• You'll travel to homes throughout Central Indiana completing repairs after our HVAC and Plumbing installation teams finish their work.
• Drywall repair and finishing
• Texture matching
• Interior painting
• Minor concrete repairs
• Fence repairs
• Light landscaping
• General residential punch-out work
• When field work is lighter, you'll help with maintenance projects at our office and branch locations. No two days are the same.

• Has at least 3 years of handyman, remodeling, carpentry, or residential repair experience
• Can repair drywall without supervision
• Takes pride in quality craftsmanship
• Can work independently
• Has reliable transportation
• Owns their own tools

• Likes variety instead of doing the same thing every day
• Notices the little details other people miss
• Wants steady work without chasing customers
