Your Role:

• Handle apartment repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry
• Complete work orders quickly and professionally
• Maintain community appearance: buildings, amenities, and grounds
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance
• Follow safety and compliance guidelines (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• HVAC experience and EPA certification preferred
• Prior apartment or property maintenance experience
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to walk property, climb ladders, and lift up to 25lbs
