Key Responsibilities of the Position- Technical Leadership & Architecture:
Define system architecture, establish coding standards, and conduct code reviews to ensure high‑quality, scalable output. - Development & Innovation:
Actively develop complex features, create prototypes, and optimize existing systems. - Team Management & Mentorship:
Lead, guide, and support a team of engineers, assigning tasks and providing mentorship. - Project Execution:
Manage project plans, timelines, and milestones, acting as a technical escalation point. - Collaboration:
Work with cross‑functional teams (product, hardware, software) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience:
Several years of experience in engineering development, typically including prior experience in a senior or lead role. - Technical Expertise:
Strong proficiency in relevant languages/frameworks (e.g., Angular, Java) and software development methodologies. - Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills to manage teams and client requirements. - Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
