Responsibilities
  • Attend all team functions, including player callout meetings, summer and off-season conditioning and training.
  • Assist the head coach with all aspects of the volleyball program.
  • Teach the techniques as taught and instructed by the head coach.
  • Work and plan cooperatively with the coaching staff during practices.
  • Provide emergency first aid when the athletic trainer is not available.
  • Be a role model. Be punctual, prepared, intense, have high integrity and focus on and off the court.

    Qualifications
  • The preferred candidate will demonstrate loyalty to CPMS, the student/athletes, the program, and the head coach.
  • The candidate will know and be able to demonstrate skills and tactics to the players.
  • The candidate will be able to articulate strategies to the players.
  • The candidate must be organized.
  • The candidate must be able to assist with keeping statistics and the scorebook as needed.
