Responsibilities

Attend all team functions, including player callout meetings, summer and off-season conditioning and training.

Assist the head coach with all aspects of the volleyball program.

Teach the techniques as taught and instructed by the head coach.

Work and plan cooperatively with the coaching staff during practices.

Provide emergency first aid when the athletic trainer is not available.

Be a role model. Be punctual, prepared, intense, have high integrity and focus on and off the court.

Qualifications

The preferred candidate will demonstrate loyalty to CPMS, the student/athletes, the program, and the head coach.

The candidate will know and be able to demonstrate skills and tactics to the players.

The candidate will be able to articulate strategies to the players.

The candidate must be organized.

The candidate must be able to assist with keeping statistics and the scorebook as needed.
