Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while on‑site at customer and Martin locations.
- Load and unload product on‑site at customer and Martin locations.
- Safely make deliveries in a 75‑mile radius
- Handling VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) duties
- Fill vending machines and put away inventory at customer locations.
- Communicate back to the branch any concerns or needs of the customer.
- Basic warehouse functions including, order picking, stocking, shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and cleaning
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in inventory management or other industrial or maintenance related fields.
- Strong customer focus, work ethic, and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to drive a 26‑foot box truck
- Ability to drive a cargo van
- Meet the driving criteria of Martin, insurance requires age 21
- Operate a vehicle safely and abide by the laws of each state you travel in
- ability to operate any material handling equipment (forklift, order picker, pallet jack, etc.)
- Pass a D.O.T. Physical
- Pass a drug screening and background check
