Dispatch transportation equipment according to the Linehaul plan and adhere to schedules;
Enter dispatch events into the Transportation Management System (TMS) to ensure on-time load delivery and trailer pickup;
Verify equipment locations in the dispatch system and perform yard inventories and yard checks;
Investigate and report schedule delays, accidents, and equipment failures and implement contingency plans;
Prepare and provide regular and ad-hoc reports to management; assist with audits and TLCR reviews
