Fathouse Performance Inventory & Shipping Coordinator

Martinsville, IN | Full-Time | $18–$22/hr (based on experience)

We're hiring a full-time Inventory & Shipping Coordinator to manage stock levels, process orders, and handle all outbound and inbound shipments. This role is critical to keeping our production and sales teams supplied and our customers happy.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels across all product lines
• Restock products and monitor stock counts on an ongoing basis
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts
• Keep inventory records organized and up to date in our systems

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Hard-working, reliable, and able to keep pace in a busy shop environment
• Prior experience with inventory management
• Comfortable with computers and general office software
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Quick Books experience
• Ability to lift and move boxes/packages as needed
