• Perform, process environmental and quality system audits to ensure compliance with specifications and documented procedures.
• Act as the lead auditor: plan, schedule, conduct meetings and document results.
• Provide training and advising to work areas on statistical techniques and tools for continuous improvement to help maintain ISO certifications in quality and environmental systems.
• Establish standards to measure process performance and improvement.
• Provide expertise on the use of various specialties related to business such as process analysis, flowcharting and strategic planning.
• Coordinate corrective action systems used throughout the company to ensure timely root cause analysis and effective corrective/preventive action.
• Respond to customer requests for quality information.
• Perform analysis of quality and environmental systems for input to executive management review and as a basis for improvement.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of the structure and workings of the Milwaukee Quality and Environmental Systems and certifying agency requirements.
• Maintain a high level of expertise in the ISO
  14000 and 9000 series of standards and their interpretations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work with basic direction.
• Solid analytical and technical skills.
• Willingness to work with hands.
