Fresenius Kidney Care in Greenwood, MS is seeking a Home Therapies Registered Nurse (RN) to provide and coordinate clinically competent care for Home Dialysis patients. You will assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and educate patients and families on home dialysis training and treatment modalities.
The role requires an accredited nursing degree, current RN licensure, and CPR/BLS certification. On-call rotation and travel to training sites or patient homes may be required.
