Provide supervision and assistance to residents of Group Homes and perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Duties- Verbally prompt and assist members as needed to complete daily cleaning duties, personal hygiene, laundry, etc.
- Observe members daily for any problems, (i.e. aggression, auditory or visual hallucinations, etc.)
- Assist with planning, cooking and serving of meals.
- Complete weekly physical facilities checklist and monthly fire drills.
- Maintain documentation that is adequate, appropriate, complete and timely.
- Monitor the residence for cleanliness and safety at all times.
- Monitor and report need for supplies of residence (cleaning products, food items, housewares, etc.).
- A minimum of a high school diploma
- Valid Mississippi Driver's License
