Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative support through front desk coverage and daily office operations. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Assist with copying, filing, data entry, and other clerical duties as assigned. Provide information and assistance to current and prospective students regarding programs, services, and enrollment processes. Assist students with enrollment forms, required documentation, and related requests. Communicate effectively with students regarding registration procedures, requirements, and deadlines.
Conduct follow-up communications with students regarding completed training programs. Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of student information. Deliver excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
Demonstrated customer service experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of basic clerical and administrative practices. Professional communication skills, including proper telephone and email etiquette. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and interact effectively with diverse populations.
