OEPI Intern, First Shift

This role also serves as a strategic talent pipeline opportunity. It allows Self Regional to assess high-potential candidates for future full-time roles while offering real-world experience that promotes our reputation as a learning health system. Interns will be exposed to Lean methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level project visibility-preparing them to step into operational roles within the health system or beyond.

Given the increasing demand for OEPI support across departments, adding a summer intern is a cost-effective, low-risk solution that enhances team capacity, accelerates project timelines, and supports Self Regional's broader goals of efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
