Greenwood Fabricating & Plating is seeking a driven, customer-focused Manufacturing Sales Manager to help grow and support customer relationships in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.

This role combines customer relationship management, sales coordination, business development, and operational collaboration to ensure customers receive exceptional service and on-time results.

We're looking for someone who communicates well, builds strong partnerships, solves problems quickly, and thrives in a professional manufacturing setting.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Support business growth and account development initiatives
• Coordinate closely with operations, production, and customer service teams
• Manage customer accounts, reporting, and sales activities
• Assist with forecasting, pricing initiatives, and strategic growth opportunities
• Travel to customer meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities
• Help improve sales processes and operational efficiency
• Serve as a key communication link between customers and internal departments

• 5+ years of sales, account management, customer support, or manufacturing experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated professional with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable with periodic travel and overnight stays as needed
