As our on‑site Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations—coordinating teams, solving problems in real time, and ensuring every phase of the project is executed with precision.

• Lead from the field by overseeing day‑to‑day construction activity and subcontractor performance
• Keep projects on track by managing schedules, sequencing work, and addressing delays early
• Deliver consistent quality by ensuring all work aligns with plans, specifications, and company standards
• Communicate clearly by providing updates, tracking changes, and documenting progress
• Maintain a safe and organized jobsite by enforcing safety protocols and compliance requirements
• Collaborate across the team to support efficient project execution
• Contribute to the overall customer experience by ensuring the finished product reflects attention to detail

• 3–5+ years of construction experience, including field leadership or supervisory responsibilities
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Working knowledge of safety standards and building codes
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
• Commitment to quality, accountability, and professionalism
