We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent to oversee field operations on grading, site development, utility, and roadway construction projects. The ideal candidate will lead field teams, ensure project safety, quality, and productivity, and deliver projects on schedule.
Qualifications- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in Heavy Civil Construction
. - Strong background in grading, utilities, earthwork, site development, and roadway projects.
- Experience managing multiple crews and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operations, construction scheduling, and field coordination.
- Familiarity with erosion control and site safety requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- OSHA and MSHA certifications are a plus.
