Assistant Project Manager​/Project Manager; Commercial Construction

Carolina Search Group is partnering with a respected South Carolina builder/developer to identify an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager to support the continued growth of its commercial construction and development team. This role offers the chance to help deliver meaningful commercial projects within a thoughtfully planned, multi-phase development while gaining exposure to both the development and construction sides of the business.

Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll help manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. Responsibilities will include project coordination, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, owner and design team communication, while helping deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager with a commercial General Contractor or Developer.
• Understanding of commercial construction processes from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across project teams.
• Self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative environment where initiative is valued.
• Desire to continue growing professionally while helping deliver meaningful commercial developments.
