Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our growing primary careteam in Greenwood, SC. The physician will be instrumental in shaping a primary care program that emphasizes preventivemedicine, chronic disease management, and health education, while fosteringstrong patient relationships and community trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensiveoutpatient primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose, treat, and manageacute and chronic medical conditions following current evidence-basedguidelines.
• Promote preventive health practices and educate patients on disease prevention and wellness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Participate in the ongoing development and enhancement of primary care programs and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system.

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited
  
  Medical School.
• Completion of an accredited
  
  Family Medicine Residency Program.
• Active South Carolinamedical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Pediatrics optional).
