This is an opportunity to help shape a brand‑new Neurology Service Line with the full strategic, financial, and operational backing of hospital leadership.
Physicians will enjoy a very strong guaranteed base salary of $400,000+, plus other incentives. The organization is fully invested in building neurology volume across the region, allowing incoming physicians to develop subspecialty clinics, grow referral networks, and build long‑term practice equity in a supportive, low‑bureaucracy environment.
