Employment Type: Full-Time / 230 Days
Position OverviewEmerald High School is seeking a dedicated and motivated AFJROTC Instructor to lead and inspire our Junior ROTC (JROTC) program. The ROTC Instructor will provide military-based leadership training, mentorship, and instruction to high school students, helping them develop discipline, teamwork, and citizenship skills.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and instruct the ROTC curriculum in accordance with national standards.
- Mentor and guide cadets in leadership development, military knowledge, and personal growth.
- Organize and oversee ROTC activities, drills, and competitions.
- Maintain accurate records of cadet performance and program compliance.
- Collaborate with school administration, faculty, and parents to support cadet development.
- Promote the ROTC program within the school and local community.
- Must meet U.S. Air Force ROTC Instructor eligibility requirements.
- Prior military experience preferred; retired military personnel encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with high school students and staff.
