Job Responsibilities
These temporary, part-time positions are seasonal roles offering $13.00 per hour, with up to 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to incoming callers, assisting with general admissions inquiries, scheduling advising appointments as needed, referring callers with complex or elevated concerns to the appropriate Admissions/Enrollment staff member, and maintaining strict confidentiality of student records and accounts at all times.
Minimum and Additional Requirements

Candidates must have general knowledge of college enrollment processes and must not be a college work-study employee during the term of service. Applicants should demonstrate excellent written communication and strong customer service skills, maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, and uphold strict confidentiality.
