Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs aligned with strategic priorities.
- Establish and maintain program governance, including charters, stage gates, and risk management plans.
- Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring integration and alignment across clinical, operational, and technical teams.

- Develop and execute OCM strategies using frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter’s model.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
- Create and deliver communication plans, training programs, and adoption metrics to ensure successful change implementation.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Facilitate steering committees and provide regular updates to leadership on program progress, risks, and resource needs.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Identify and mitigate program‑level risks and issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field required.
Master’s Degree (MBA, MHA, or MPH) preferred.
Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare setting but not required.
Skills QualificationsStrong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (ex. Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams with minimal‑formal authority.
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft 365
License and Certification Requirements- Project Management Certification Required - PMP
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred
- CCMP or Prosci OCM certification preferred
