Overview
To utilize professional nursing knowledge and skills in coordinating all disciplines in the resident assessment and care planning process to ensure that Wesley Commons receives the proper Medicare reimbursement and adheres to all governmental and federal standards. Responsible for quality assurance and care plans for the building.
Responsibilities- Coordinate all disciplines in the resident assessment and care planning process to ensure proper Medicare reimbursement and compliance with federal and state standards.
- Responsible for quality assurance and care plans for the building.
- Registered Nurse degree from an accredited school of nursing and licensed by the state of SC.
- One to two years’ experience in long-term care.
- Familiar with PDPM (Patient Driven Payment Model), CMS, and DHEC requirements.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge.
- Must be available to take call.
