• Lead formulation trials and develop powders, liquids, and consumer-friendly dosage forms.
• Optimize blends, taste masking, flow properties, and product stability as a subject matter expert.
• Support scale-up, technology transfer, and manufacturability assessments.
• Interpret data, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure database integrity.
• Review Master Batch Records and provide technical oversight for costing and feasibility.
• Mentor and train team members while supporting lab operations and equipment readiness.
• Champion safety, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Master s degree preferred
• 7+ years experience of formulation experience in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, vitamins.
• Experience working within a CDMO or CMO highly desired.
• Experience with powders or consumer-friendly dosage forms such as gummies, chewables, or effervescents.
• Strong understanding of GMPs, regulatory expectations, and ingredient compliance.
• Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams.
• Skilled in data analysis, technical documentation, and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced development environment.
