Position: Security Officer Unarmed  - Weekends
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and appropriate emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to post instructions;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entry points, lobbies, loading areas, and/or exterior spaces while communicating with property management and site contacts regarding security-related issues, maintenance concerns, and visitor activity;
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles; possess a high school diploma or equivalent; background investigation and drug screen as required by law
