Accountant, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk, Financial Reporting

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping activities.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts.
• Process payroll and payroll tax filings for clients.
• Assist with tax preparation for S corp. or partnerships
• Stay current on accounting regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices.
• Maintain confidentiality of client financial information.

Hours are 9-4 Monday-Thursday and 9-1 Friday
