What You'll Do

Negotiate, administer, and manage contracts from proposal review through project execution and closeout. What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of relevant experience negotiating or advising on contracts in one or more of the following environments:
    • Federal government contracting
    • Construction, engineering, or EPC projects
    • Energy or infrastructure development
  • Experience supporting active project execution, including change management, contract interpretation, and commercial issue resolution.
  • Experience working directly with project managers, commercial teams, or business leadership in a project-driven environment.

  • Experience working with prime and subcontract structures on large projects.
